Phil Eskelin
CEO, President and Senior Principal
Phil founded ICS, Inc. in 2000 and currently serves as President, CEO and Senior Principal. In this role, Phil is responsible for strategic direction, growth and management of the company. Prior to ICS, Inc., Phil worked in various senior management and technical positions with a variety of Fortune 500 companies. With 35 years of service, he boasts an extensive background in complex system consulting, design and engineering, project and construction management , and incident management and response.

Susan Eskelin
Susan Eskelin
Finance, HR Manager, and Secretary/Officer
Susan has 20+ years of business experience in the health and food industry and 10+ years involvement in voluntary lay counseling for faith-based organizations. At ICS, Inc. it is her primary responsibility to oversee the financial organization, administrative framework and overall well being of ICS, Inc. employees.

Ron Bryan
Construction Management Manager 
Ron brings 20+ years experience in Enterprise Data Center management, Safety QA/QC management, and Site/Campus Security Operations. Holding a M.S. in Environmental Management from University of Maryland University College, Ron brings unmatched expertise to the Construction Manager position that is aided by vast experience in Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Health & Safety issues. His prior experience included management of risk, operations, maintenance and infrastructure improvements to Critical Facilities, Sites and Campus' for various enterprise clients.

John Scaggs
Design Build Manager
With 30+  years of Satellite Systems Engineering and Telecommunication Facilities Engineering, John started as a journeyman lineman only to work his way to hold several senior management position in the high tech industry. Working in both private and public sectors, his vast expertise extends globally to the Americas and Asia. John possess extensive experience delivering cost-effective system solutions and infrastructure to various branches of the U.S. Government, NATO Governments and Fortune 500 companies alike.
